Report sending
Where to send reports:
Do not send reports - select this checkbox if there is no need to send reports.
Send reports via emaill - check this option if you want to send reports via email (screenshots are not sent because of the big size).
Send reports via local network - check this option if you want to send reports via local network.
Send reports via FTP - check this option if you want to send reports via FTP (screenshots are not sent because of the big size).
Sent logs:
Send the keystrokes report - the information on the keystrokes to be sent.
Send the screenshots report - the information on the screenshots to be sent.
Send the applications report - the information on the started/closed programs to be sent.
Send the clipboard report - the information on the clipboard contents to be sent.
Send the printer report - the information on the printer to be sent.
Send the files and directories report - the information on the files and directories to be sent.
Send the internet connections report - the information on the internet connections to be sent.
Send the websites visited report - the information on the websites visited to be sent.
Remove selected logs after sending - the logs will be deleted after their sending.
Remove all logs after sending - all the logs, including the unsent ones (screenshots as well) will be deleted after their sending.
Sent report format:
Send report in text format - the report will be sent as text.
Send report in html format - the report will be sent in one html page.
When to send:
Within every - specify the time interval for the reports to be sent (if there are no actions on the computer, the message will report on no new records).
When log size achieves - the report will be sent after the logs will achieves the specified size.
Email settings:
Email address - enter the email address to send reports to.
Message subject - the message subject for the report to be sent.
From address - the address the reports will be sent from.
SMTP server - your SMTP server.
Username - user name required when authorizing on the SMTP server.
Password - password of email account.
Send test message – click the button to check if the report sending works properly. This done the corresponding message will appear. Check your email, you should receive an Actual Keylogger test message.
Local network settings:
Network folder path - specify the path to the folder on some other computer on the local area network to save the report to.
Send test report via the local area network - click this button to check if reports are sent. If the test is successful, you will see the corresponding message. Check the specified folder on the remote computer, it should contain the test report from Actual Keylogger.
FTP settings:
FTP-server address - enter the address of the FTP server to send reports to.
Port - enter the port to send reports through (by default, 21).
Username - username of your FTP-account.
Password - password of FTP-account.
Send test report via FTP - click this button to check if reports are sent. If the test is successful, you will see the corresponding message. The test report from Actual Keylogger should appear on your FTP server.
The settings being changed, click the "Apply" button if you want to save the changes, or click the "Cancel" button if you want to return to the previous settings.
